Xolo X900 seems to be Android smartphone that uses Intel Atom processor. Lava, a company in India in collaboration with Intel is rumored to have made Xolo X900. This smartphone will be launched on 19 April in India. Previously, Intel CEO Paul Otellini said that the first smartphone with Intel Atom processor will be launched this week.
Xolo X900 will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and is powered by Intel Atom Z2460 processor, single-core 1.6GHz CPU with Hyper-Saltwell Threadin, PowerVR SGX540 GPU clocked at 400MHz and 32-bit Dual LPDDR2 memory. The processor is basically like the x86 which distinguished from the ARM in almost all the SoC on the market. Xolo X900 is also supported by 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. It is unfortunate for the operating system used is Android 2.3 Gingerbread, not the latest operating system, Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
Xolo X900 using capacitive LCD touchscreen which has a size of 4:03 inches, with resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels (295PPI), 16M colors. It is also equipped with dual camera, 8 megapixels main camera with flash, which can record 1080p video with 10fps mode, and 1.3 megapixels secondary camera. Xolo X900 is also supported by qualified connectivity features, including up to 21Mbps HSPA +, HDMI TV-Out, micro USB and built-in NFC. For external memory is expandable up to 32GB.
